An offer of up to 13,790,000 CHESS Depositary Interests for ordinary shares in Caledon Resources plc (ARBN 129 401 396) (Caledon) (the Offer), is to be made in a disclosure document (Prospectus), lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, and dated 24 April 2008.
